What<\/span>:<\/span> Revel with others of like mind on Witches’ New Year; imbibe, circle, and enjoy Craft camaraderie!<\/p>\n

Theme<\/span>: Broom & Brew<\/span>.<\/span> Dress in Witch finery. Decorate your broom or staff on site (components provided), then use them in an easy, powerful Witch broom ‘n’ staff dance during a traditional Rite for the Departed Soul. Help turn the Wheel of the Year from autumn to winter.<\/p>\n

When<\/span>:<\/span> Wednesday October 31st, 7pm until.<\/p>\n

Where<\/span>:<\/span> Coven Oldenwilde’s Covenstead at 113 Clinton Avenue<\/a> in (West) Asheville, North Carolina.<\/p>\n

BRING<\/span>:<\/span> A broom (women), staff or tallish stick (men). (Or the opposite, if that’s your preference.)<\/p>\n

Optional<\/span>:<\/span> $25. per signed copy to procure our new books<\/a> Rituals & Sabbats: Sacred Rites and Seasonal Celebrations<\/span> and Candle Magic: Working with Wax, Wick & Flame<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Can I bring my child or pet?<\/span>
\n   No please.<\/p>\n

Should I bring something for the celebratory feast?<\/span>
\n   Yes please.
\n   The Covenstead will provide finger-food, but ingredients are needed for the alcohol-based Brew: moonshine, lime slices, & lime juice.
\n   You can also bring ale (craft brews preferred!) or wine, or ginger ale for the alt. non-alcoholic Brew.<\/p>\n

Can I volunteer to help prepare or perform the Rite?<\/span>
\n   Yes! Contact Lady Passion about our needs and your desire\/abilities (see contact info below).<\/p>\n

Can I film the Broom Dance?<\/span>
\n   Yes please, if you’ll share the video with us afterwards (and online if you wish).<\/p>\n

I’ll be coming in from afar. Can I crash over?<\/span>
