5: Processional along Eagle St. and Spruce St.
Coven Oldenwilde's mummer players' second processional turned off "The Way" (see the marquee of the Fine Arts Theater!) and onto The Block. Many of us felt this was the most transcendent part of the rite. At first, the silence was broken only by the clippity-clop of Witchy high heels. But as we neared Pack's Tavern, the sounds of Moogfest 2011's outdoor stage grew louder, and louder ... The Witch turned with a smile and reassured the Flash Rite Pub Moot troupe, "Don't panic — we'll deal with it!"
