Parking at French Broad River Park is limited, and forbidden in the circular turn-around at the main entrance. But it is OK to drop passengers off in the turn-around, then park where safe along Amboy Road and nearby Carrier Park. (Please remember to lock your car!) A paved, unlighted greenway path runs along the south side of Amboy between Carrier Park and the back entrance of French Broad River Park.
